July 13, 2009 — Further delays for the EcoLizer
Helmut Stoppacher, announced today that the introduction of the EcoLizer is going to be delayed for several more months.
As much as we would like to go into the Prototype field test phase, we are not at the level our internal quality system requires. We made the decision based on the fact that we have experienced problems with our supply base, which is not able to deliver certain critical parts to our stringent requirements , Stoppacher said.
We are in the development phase 4 of our unit, which has got rather revolutionary development aspects, but is still at the early development stages, Stoppacher added.
January 21, 2009 — Introduction of EcoLizer delayed until June 2009 ...
Pro-Kyoto today announced that the anxiously-awaited unveiling of its revolutionary EcoLizer will be delayed until June 2009.
"It is unfortunate that with this delay we have to disappoint so many people who showed tremendous interest in this revolutionary development, but validation of this product to the latest automotive standards is more time-consuming than originally anticipated," said Helmut Stoppacher, CEO, Pro-Kyoto.
"Since there are so many 'Snake Oil Salesman' out there promoting similar products which aren’t working, we will not introduce our product until we have verified that it will sustain the most rigorous requirements from the Automotive Industry," said Stoppacher.
